How do you packages items?

What happens if an item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We’ll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we’ll email you a pre-paid return label.

What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?

We’ll reach out to you after we’ve received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we’ll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.
