Exchange & Return Policy
Customers have the right to cancel a distance purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is of proper quality.
To maintain eligibility for a return, the product must be kept in its original condition. If the product is damaged or destroyed for reasons not caused by the customer, this does not eliminate the customer’s right to cancel the purchase. A decrease in value resulting from opening the packaging or testing the product’s functionality does not prevent the customer from submitting a refund request.
Returns will not be accepted if any of the following are missing:
The complete product set and all included accessories
Proof of purchase from our online store
Warranty card
A service department report describing the defect (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued within the time limits required by applicable laws.

Next-day delivery is not available for all orders. Availability depends on your delivery location, product availability, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon, local time) on business days are usually eligible for next-day delivery, where available. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Next-day delivery may not be available for remote areas or certain products. If the option appears at checkout, your order qualifies.
